Our Levels of Care for Alcohol Rehab

Our full continuum of care is designed to meet you at every step of your recovery journey with seamless transitions through each level of care. From medical detox to inpatient rehab, outpatient treatment, and our aftercare program, you will always have the support you need exactly when you need it.

Medical Detox & Inpatient Treatment in Texas

At Infinite Recovery, our detox program is medically assisted and supervised 24/7. Drug and alcohol detox generally lasts from five to 10 days, helping you overcome withdrawal symptoms in a safe and comfortable environment.

The first 1-2 days are aimed at helping your body become stabilized without substances using medication-assisted treatment when needed. Our medical detox program also includes individual and group therapy sessions along with around-the-clock clinical care provided by caring medical staff and clinicians.

After medical detox, the next step in our continuum of care is our inpatient residential treatment program that lasts approximately 30 days.

Our residential treatment includes:

  • Individualized assessments and a personalized treatment plan
  • Clinical care, psychiatric evaluations, and weekly psychiatric follow-ups
  • Medication management if needed
  • Group therapy, individual therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and a family therapy program
  • Trauma therapy and trauma-informed care
  • Holistic therapies (art, meditation, and mindfulness)
  • Amenities (a swimming pool and on-site gym)
  • Chef-prepared meals and individualized meal plans
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) & Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Infinite Recovery’s Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is offered Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. It is the next step in our continuum of care for many clients transitioning out of residential or inpatient treatment. Our PHP is a hybrid program that combines the structure, guidance, and stability of inpatient rehab with the flexibility and adaptability of outpatient treatment. It is a stepping stone leading to our IOP.

Our IOP is a structured program that serves as a transition back into daily life and routines. Instead of leaving residential treatment and returning directly to your home environment and life, Intensive Outpatient Programs give you the structure and accountability you need to make that process easier and more comfortable.

In IOP, we offer group sessions three days a week for three hours each day. Our groups meet Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm or in the evenings from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. They give you the flexibility and support you need to stay accountable to your recovery goals.

Aftercare, Alumni Program, & Relapse Prevention

We are committed to providing a consistent support system with extended care and relapse prevention built into every step of your recovery journey. This is why our continuum of care also includes an aftercare program for ongoing support. Our aftercare program includes referrals to outpatient services and a 12-Step program like Alcoholics Anonymous or Narcotics Anonymous.

Your extended care also includes our alumni program for support and accountability while you transition back into your daily life. Here you’ll be able to keep connected with peers and stay on track with your recovery goals. Our alumni program also consists of various events. These help our clients retain sobriety, develop meaningful connections, progress in work or education, and engage with relapse prevention techniques for the long-term.

Through our aftercare program, we also make sure to stay in touch with our clients. After 24 hours from your discharge, we check in with our clients to see how they’re adjusting. We also reach out at the seven-day and 30-day mark, while always providing resources and a community for you to turn to whenever you need it.

Family Involvement & Supportive Environment

We understand that substance use disorder can affect the whole family. This is why we are dedicated to providing family therapy, education, and virtual family programs to include your loved ones in your ongoing recovery process.

Family Therapy, Education, & Virtual Family Programs

Your loved ones must be involved in your healing process. Infinite Recovery implements family therapy, check-ins, support groups, and workshops to keep your family engaged, connected, and in-the-know.

In family therapy, you learn healthy communication and boundary skills to strengthen family bonds. Alcohol addiction can affect the whole family unit, so it’s important to understand what your loved one needs to recover successfully.

Our staff also provides weekly check-ins to keep you updated on your loved one’s treatment process. With client permission, we share how they are responding to treatment, adapting and growing, as well as their goals in recovery.

We also offer virtual family therapy, online support groups, and monthly family workshops. These allow your family to stay engaged no matter where they are. Through our virtual family programs, families learn to navigate challenging feelings, express themselves, share experiences, and process recovery as a family unit.

Helping a Loved One Begin Their Recovery Journey

When starting the recovery journey, it’s important to approach your loved one with support, compassion, and care. Confronting someone with addiction isn’t easy, which is why Infinite Recovery can help stage interventions for your loved one. With the right resources, programs, boundaries, and research, you can go into an intervention with confidence. We also offer professional interventionists to facilitate this process if needed.

Personalized Treatment Plans for Individual Needs

No two individuals experience substance use disorder exactly the same. In fact, addiction recovery is a deeply personal process that is most successful when you have the tools and modalities that work best for your unique needs. This is why every one of our clients receives a completely personalized treatment plan tailored to the individual.

Each client also has their own recovery team where you’ll receive 1:1 sessions with your committed team and personalized support. Your team consists of a recovery specialist, case specialist, and personal counselor. Every aspect of your treatment is catered to you.

Group Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, & Wellness Support

Group therapy continues to be one of the most successful forms of talk therapy for addiction treatment. It allows you to receive support and accountability from peers who actually understand what you’re going through. Our group therapy sessions help you learn how to express yourself, engage in healthy communication, and actively listen to others. Here you’ll learn about other people’s experiences and how you can offer support, celebrate successes, and apply things to your own journey.

In group therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is one of the most common and traditional approaches. CBT helps you identify negative emotions and thoughts so you can understand how they impact your decision-making. It also helps you redirect your energy into healthy coping mechanisms instead.

Group therapy also helps improve your social wellness, one of the eight dimensions of wellness that Infinite Recovery emphasizes. Building relationships, strengthening connections, and supporting peers can have a profound impact on lasting recovery.

Dual Diagnosis Care for Co-Occurring Disorders

Alcohol addiction often occurs with mental health disorders like anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). At Infinite Recovery, we offer dual diagnosis treatment for clients experiencing co-occurring disorders. When creating your personalized treatment plan, we take all of your mental health, behavioral health, and substance abuse needs into account.
