Program Options For Substance Use & Mental Health

At Infinite Recovery, we understand that every individual’s path to sobriety is unique. Our personalized approach ensures you receive the right level of care, support, and guidance every step of the way.

Detox

In drug and alcohol treatment, the first step is to undergo detox. At Infinite Recovery, we offer 24-hour medical care and coverage, including daily visits from medical providers, individual and group therapy sessions, medical assessments, and the creation of personalized treatment plans.

This is all done in a safe and comfortable environment. We ensure that all our clients feel relaxed and supported throughout this process. A supervised medical setting to detox improves the longevity of sobriety and recovery.

Residential at the Ranch: Inpatient Treatment

Our residential treatment program offers a structured, immersive environment designed to facilitate deep healing. Living on our scenic ranch, clients benefit from personalized therapy, holistic activities, and around-the-clock support, allowing them to focus entirely on recovery without outside distractions.

This phase is crucial for stabilizing emotional health and developing essential life skills that foster lasting sobriety.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

For those seeking ongoing support while maintaining daily routines, our day treatment program provides a balanced approach. Clients participate in structured therapy, educational groups, and holistic modalities during the day while returning home in the evenings.

Intensive Outpatient Program

Various intensive outpatient programs are available to support you after completing residential treatment. The transition back into your daily routine doesn’t have to be overwhelming, and we are here to help.

Intensive Family Programming

Family involvement is vital for long-term recovery. Our intensive family program spans two days and is designed to educate loved ones on addiction, enhance communication, and foster a strong support network.

Through guided sessions and activities, family members learn how to support their loved one’s journey best while healing together as a unit.

Evidence-Based Modalities

Our evidence-based therapies include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). CBT helps you recognize the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. DBT is rooted in CBT, but is most beneficial for clients coping with overwhelming emotions.

When experiencing unhelpful or negative thoughts and emotions, it can encourage harmful behaviors, like substance abuse. In individual therapy and groups, you learn to acknowledge and accept these feelings, but not act on them. Instead, you translate that energy into a healthy coping mechanism.

Additional evidence-based therapies include:

  • Accelerated resolution trauma therapy (ART)
  • Family and family dynamics therapy
  • Motivational interviewing
  • Relapse prevention therapy
