Virtual Outpatient Rehab in Austin, Texas

Our virtual intensive outpatient program (VIOP) in Texas gives you the freedom to attend treatment from the comfort of your own home. This virtual program is perfect for those who desire treatment support while still attending to daily life, work, family, and education responsibilities. Licensed mental health professionals and addiction specialists provide high-level care with a low client-to-staff ratio that allows you to receive the best treatment for your individual needs.

VIOP usually lasts between 30 to 90 days, with flexible morning or evening hours that work with your schedule. It includes 1:1 individual therapy and group therapy via virtual care video sessions that help build emotional regulation, peer support, coping strategies, and more. We provide treatment services for adults 19 and older with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.

Why Choose Online IOP in Texas?

Our Texas online IOP is perfect for those who need high-level addiction treatment with more flexibility. This virtual program is especially supportive for clients who have ongoing work or life obligations, as well as individuals who don't live close enough to our Austin or San Antonio treatment center locations.

Many clients attend our virtual IOP after completing detox, residential treatment, or our partial hospitalization program. Other clients may not need the highly structured environment of inpatient treatment or PHP to begin with. This makes VIOP an excellent option for those looking for stability in their recovery journey without leaving the comfort of their home.

Flexibility

Our virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) lets you join from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. No need to worry about transportation or scheduling issues; virtual IOP programs make addiction and mental health treatment easy and accessible.

Discreet and Confidential

Your privacy matters to us. You can join virtual telehealth individual therapy and group therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home or any private spot, keeping your recovery journey completely confidential.

Comprehensive Support

Our virtual treatment programs offer a well-rounded approach to recovery. Combining various therapy methods with effective relapse prevention strategies, you can expect the same high-quality care as our in-person program — all just a click away. Infinite Recovery’s comprehensive treatment options include individual therapy, group therapy sessions, and more.

Trauma-Informed and Personalized Approach

Every treatment approach is grounded in trauma-informed principles and adapted to each client’s unique needs. Trauma-informed care helps clients develop a sense of safety, trustworthiness, confident decision-making, collaboration, and empowerment to overcome their substance use disorder, mental health conditions, and past experiences.

Experienced Trauma Clinicians

Licensed professionals, including LPCs, LCSWs, LMFTs, and psychiatric providers, provide addiction, mental health, and trauma care. Our staff for trauma recovery specializes in trauma care.

Family Involvement and Education

We value family involvement, whether it’s educating your loved ones, helping you strengthen relationships with family members, or connecting families with the resources they need to overcome their own challenges as they process your recovery. Through family therapy and family dynamics therapy, we make sure you and your loved ones are supported throughout your healing journey.

Long-Term Recovery and Aftercare

Aftercare planning, alumni support, and relapse prevention help sustain recovery beyond treatment. While in treatment, we work with you to determine which programs, services, or resources best meet your long-term needs. We equip you with everything you need to transition smoothly and with confidence from treatment.

Evidence-Based and Holistic Modalities

We implement comprehensive care into your treatment plan, combining evidence-based and holistic care. Our multitude of therapies addresses more than just symptoms of addiction. They allow you to develop key life skills, social skills, and healthy coping strategies to help you heal all areas of wellness. Clinical therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) are supported by wellness-focused practices that strengthen emotional regulation and sense of self.

Inclusive and Affirming Environment

We aim to make our treatment center a supportive environment for all, promoting personal growth and healing without external stressors. Our program welcomes diverse identities, including LGBTQ+ clients, with culturally responsive care.

What to Expect From Our Virtual Program

Our virtual IOP in Austin, Texas, offers a higher level of care than other outpatient services for those needing more frequent support for substance use disorders and mental health treatment.

With weekly online therapy, including individual therapy and group therapy sessions, you’ll receive focused support through our secure online platform. We offer both morning and evening sessions, so it’s easy to fit into your busy schedule.

This outpatient treatment program supports dual diagnosis treatment for those who also have an underlying mental health disorder. It helps you with emotional regulation, an improved sense of self, and allows you to build effective coping strategies for managing cravings and triggers.

Highlights of Our Online Intensive Outpatient Program

Our virtual IOP in Texas brings the same level of care as our in-person treatment program, offering proven behavioral health therapies and other services:

Family Support

Strengthen family connections with virtual family therapy sessions. Our treatment program helps improve communication and rebuild relationships between you and your loved one. This creates a solid foundation in recovery.

Dual Diagnosis Treatment

Substance abuse often goes hand-in-hand with a mental health disorder, so it’s important to treat these conditions together. Many people who have substance use disorders may also experience one or more mental health conditions, like attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), eating disorders, or any other personality disorder.

This is why our licensed mental health professionals also provide dual diagnosis treatment inside our virtual IOP. Our virtual program ensures you receive the right support for your individual needs so you can create real change and lasting transformation.

Individual Therapy

Work one-on-one with a dedicated therapist in confidential, virtual care video sessions. Using proven, evidence-based treatment approaches, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and motivational interviewing, we help you create a treatment plan tailored to your personal needs and goals.

Here you will learn valuable coping strategies to integrate back into daily life. You’ll also be in a supportive environment that promotes your overall wellness.

Group Therapy

Join virtual group therapy sessions led by experienced clinicians where you can share experiences, gain peer support, and build valuable coping strategies in a safe, interactive, supportive environment. Group therapy sessions in our virtual intensive outpatient program (VIOP) are just as effective as in-person group therapy.
