Infinite Recovery has a close-knit alumni community of former clients and their loved ones. We host regular events and meetings to support our alumni in their sober lifestyles and connect them with local resources such as employment, education, volunteer opportunities and more.
We are there for our alumni from the moment they leave our doors. Within 24 hours of discharge from rehab, we check in on our former clients to see how they are adjusting to life outside our programs, and we also reach out at 7 days and 30 days. Our active alumni groups provide encouragement, accountability, and community for the newly sober.
Rebuilding your life after rehab means creating stable routines, reconnecting with healthy support, and continuing individualized care that addresses addiction and underlying mental health conditions. Focus on steady daily structure, ongoing therapy or IOP, relapse‑prevention skills, family repair work, employment or education goals, and engagement with alumni and community resources to sustain recovery.
We provide a personalized continuum of care, including step‑down outpatient services tailored to each client’s needs. Our programs emphasize relapse prevention and sustained support, and our dedicated alumni program—led by an alumni coordinator—offers ongoing meetings, mentor pairing, community involvement, and events to help clients stay connected and supported.
In the first 90 days prioritize stabilization: keep a consistent daily routine, attend recommended outpatient care, practice relapse‑prevention strategies, and strengthen sober support networks. Early engagement with therapy, peer groups, and family education helps reduce risk, build coping skills, and establish momentum for long‑term recovery.
Infinite Recovery’s aftercare approach for the early post‑discharge centers on a personalized plan coordinated by your case manager—scheduling IOP or PHP as needed, connecting you with family support, relapse‑prevention, and alumni resources.
