Find Out How

We Support Our Alumni

We know that community is key to living the best sober life possible. That is why every single person we help becomes part of the Infinite Recovery Family. With us, discharging is only a step in a long journey of support and continuing care. We provide both with our team and our community at events. Recovery works best when it integrates into every single aspect of your day-to-day life. That is why we’ve developed our Alumni Program to provide ongoing support post-discharge.

How Our Alumni Program Works

We’ve found the key to creating sobriety that lasts, lies in creating new relationships with sober, healthy people. Lasting sobriety that leads to a fulfilling life is built on the foundation of a purpose-filled pursuit of service and meaning. By helping others you, in turn, help yourself.

That is the guiding principle of our Alumni Program. We want to put you in a position to build powerful and ongoing relationships with your brothers and sisters in recovery, post-discharge. We believe every single person who enters our doors exits as family. That is why we invite members to ongoing weekly events, suggest they engage in aftercare programs for at least 6-months, and all while we provide frequent check-ins by phone to monitor progress and assess obstacles during your transition. We also promote that alumni engage in alumni meetings, align their purpose to help the Austin recovery community, and share their recovery experience with our current clients.

The Block Party

The last Friday of every month we host a Block Party where we provide food, entertainment, and a space to fill both your stomach and spirit.

Our Block Party often comes as a surprising revelation to those in early recovery since you are able to connect with real and authentic people without alcohol or drugs. We want to give the recovery community a space to relax and interact naturally in organic environments. After eating we bring in a speaker who shares their experience to help highlight the direction alumni’s lives will go. We simply want to create a safe, calm, and relatable environment for people living in recovery.

Alumni love our Block Parties. On average we have over 100 people at each event-for which we are truly grateful to have their support. We often turned to drugs and alcohol to cover our discomfort in social situations. Our Block Party is a solution tailored to help your recovery and feel like you belong as a part of our community.

We welcome everyone with open arms and look forward to seeing you soon!
