Personalized Treatment Plans for Long-Term Recovery

A unique part of our drug addiction treatment in Texas is individualized care. We prioritize your personal needs in drug rehab, aiming to improve all areas of your wellness and behavioral health. Through evaluations and assessments, Infinite Recovery creates individualized treatment plans that meet your unique needs in addiction recovery.

How Long Does it Take to Detox from Alcohol?

Integrated Care for Co-Occurring Mental Health Disorders

Mental health disorders can co-exist with substance abuse. Co-occurring disorders can be complex to treat, but our comprehensive care and extended treatment programs help address your substance use disorder as well as any mental health complications. A combination of evidence-based and holistic care heals the root cause of addiction and mental health disorders while introducing you to healthy coping mechanisms, a support system, and life skills to sustain progress long-term in your recovery journey.

Alcohol-Induced Psychosis: The Connection With Alcohol Use Disorder

Medical Detox and Inpatient Stabilization

Detoxification is the first step in drug addiction treatment. Our medically supervised detox program keeps clients safe and as comfortable as possible without putting them at risk of relapse. You receive one-on-one care as you navigate this process. Our medical staff helps stabilize you through medically supervised techniques with non-addictive drugs, mental health resources, and individual case management.

From there, clients often go into residential programs. Residential treatment is done at our recovery center in Buda, Texas. You are surrounded by a constant support system, including peers and your personal treatment team, as well as a serene environment that promotes inner peace. Residential or inpatient treatment offers 24/7 health care, allowing clients not to worry about any external stressors and focus on their drug or alcohol rehab process.

Program Highlights & Evidence-Based Treatment Options

Residential Treatment Programs With Structured Support

In residential treatment, Infinite Recovery provides medical care, psychiatric evaluations, individual level of care, medication management, weekly follow-ups, group and family therapy, individual therapy or counseling, trauma therapy, and holistic therapies. Our treatment facility also had an on-site gym, swimming pool, and chef-prepared meals.

Residential programs offer consistency and stability from day-to-day structure and schedules to building trust with your peers and treatment team from day one.

Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs) for Gradual Transition

IOPs and partial hospitalization programs (PHPs) are flexible options for clients who either finished residential treatment or don’t require 24/7 supervision and care. All of our rehab programs offer individualized care, and our IOP is no different.

Clients participate in weekly support groups, individual counseling, family therapy, educational groups, spiritual groups, relapse prevention, and other behavioral healthcare services. IOPs and PHPs are a way for you to maintain consistency in your journey, promoting lasting recovery that encourages you to be confident in your newly sober lifestyle.

Group Therapy & Peer Support Sessions

Support is essential in recovery. At our rehab center, we implement group therapy sessions into your treatment plan. Here, you practice healthy communication, opening up about your experiences in recovery, and learn from one another. It’s important to know you have people in your corner, and Infinite Recovery is here to help form and strengthen your connections with your peers.

Individual Counseling and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Paired with group sessions is individual therapy. Evidence-based therapies, like CBT or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), are common in these sessions. With your therapist, you identify triggers and stressors that motivate drug use or other harmful behaviors. We guide you towards healthy coping mechanisms, resources, and treatment methods to overcome these behaviors.

CBT, specifically, is a type of talk therapy beneficial for clients struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, relationship struggles, and other mental health complications. You work on keeping yourself in the present moment, not allowing thoughts or emotions to overwhelm and take over your behaviors.

Trauma-Informed Modalities and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Clients who experienced trauma in the past may struggle with substance use. Our treatment services aim to address the root cause of addiction, and a trauma-informed approach to care is part of that. We help you work through your past experiences at our addiction treatment center so you can grow from them and learn how they affect your current behaviors.

DBT is another talk therapy that uses CBT philosophies, but is better suited for those working through personality disorders, dual diagnosis, or other disorders that bring on extreme emotions. In these sessions, you create goals and work toward change, but also accept your current situation. We validate your experiences while guiding you towards a new lifestyle you can grow into.

Relapse Prevention Strategies and Follow-Up Support

After discharge, we contact our clients 24 hours after, 7 days after, and 30 days after to see how they’re adjusting to their post-treatment life. At any point in your recovery journey, we are here to help you navigate struggles and stressors to maintain consistent progress and growth. This includes reminders of relapse prevention strategies we introduced to you during treatment. You have everlasting support here at Infinite Recovery.

This helps clients improve their social wellness and skills, as well as problem-solving and communication.

When to Seek Help for Drug Addiction

Signs Your Loved One May Need Support

The following signs and symptoms of drug addiction may be an indicator that your loved one is in need of support:

  • Sudden personality or behavioral changes
  • Bloodshot eyes
  • Bloody noses
  • Tremors and shaking
  • Lack of muscle control
  • Slurred speech
  • Changes in habits or routines
  • Neglect of hygiene
  • Loss of steady employment
  • Need for money
  • Having a sudden change in friends and social circle

Recognizing Co-Occurring Mental Health Symptoms

Your loved one may turn to substances or alcohol as a way to self-medicate due to underlying mental health reasons, or they may develop mental health disorders because of their addiction.

If they are reliant on a drug or alcohol to experience happiness or elated feelings, they may have low moods, be easily irritated or agitated, and/or be depressed. That’s just one example of how co-occurring disorders can present themselves. Others include:

  • Emotional crutch (needing substance for confidence or escaping difficult emotions)
  • Cravings that aren’t just physical (using or drinking due to loneliness, for example)
  • Identity shift (sense of self is tied to drug or alcohol abuse)
  • Difficulty enjoying activities sober

Early Intervention Leads to Better Recovery Outcomes

Treating addiction early on offers an easier and more comfortable path to recovery. Early intervention can also inhibit mental health symptoms from developing or worsening over time. Getting treatment earlier is also important in reducing other physical, mental, or emotional risks that come with substance abuse. It improves your loved one’s chance of successful, sustainable recovery as well.
