With a focus on streamlining processes and supporting organizational growth, Steven plays a key role in maintaining the facility’s commitment to excellence in the recovery field. His leadership is centered on creating a structured and effective environment that allows both the staff and the community at Infinite Recovery to thrive.
Steven believes in fostering client services through his BHT department and being all inclusive support for any individual client. Shown through compassion, grace, discipline, connection, and encouragement each in their own way. Being the first face that a person will see and the most that an individual will spend time with, each BHT will provide a living experience of recovery.
Steven’s passion is a sense of purpose that Infinite Recovery is touching so many lives and the lives of the families of people that were once in his exact shoes. With a lived experience in addiction and the found experience of a recovered life Steven shares openly the way out. To know hopelessness as few do, connect, and then see a full restoration of life is a true miracle.
