Program Manager
D’Vaughn Delpit, MSSW, LMSW, LCDC, believes healing happens when people feel safe enough to be fully seen. He understands that substance use, trauma, and overwhelming emotions are often ways people have learned to survive, not signs of failure. As the Clinical Program Manager for the Legacy Program at Infinite Recovery, D’Vaughn helps ensure that clients receive consistent, compassionate, and high-quality care throughout their treatment experience.
In simple terms, D’Vaughn helps guide the day-to-day clinical care within the Legacy Program. He supports and supervises therapists and counselors, helps shape group programming, and works closely with staff across the facility to make sure clients feel supported, safe, and understood. He also helps coordinate treatment planning so everyone on a client’s care team is working together toward the same goals.
With several years of experience in addiction and mental health treatment, D’Vaughn brings a trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach to both client care and clinical leadership. He is especially passionate about supporting individuals who may have felt overlooked or misunderstood in past treatment settings.
D’Vaughn believes recovery is not one-size-fits-all. His work focuses on meeting people where they are, creating structure without rigidity, and supporting steady progress — even on the hard days. What motivates him most is watching clients reconnect with themselves, build healthier coping skills, and move toward lives that feel more stable, meaningful, and hopeful.
