Whitney O’Baugh, MS, LCDC, LPC, serves as the Program Manager for Aluna, the Dual Diagnosis Program, where she brings a deeply compassionate, client-centered approach to care. Whitney believes strongly in meeting clients where they are and drawing from both experiential and educational training to support meaningful, sustainable change. She holds the core belief that all individuals deserve the opportunity for recovery, healing, and joy.
With multiple years of experience in substance use disorder treatment and primary mental health care, Whitney practices from a trauma-informed lens and is passionate about treating each person as an individual rather than a diagnosis. She is a strong advocate for addressing mental health and substance use concerns concurrently, recognizing that integrated care leads to the best outcomes for clients.
In her role, Whitney especially enjoys supporting her team and supervising clinicians, fostering a collaborative, compassionate, and clinically strong program environment. She considers herself fortunate to do work that is both deeply rewarding and purpose-driven, and she is honored to be part of walking alongside clients as they build lives rooted in recovery, resilience, and hope.
