Samantha Sartain is the Client Engagement Manager at Infinite Recovery.
In this role, she serves as a bridge between departments, working closely with admissions, clinical teams, recovery specialists, family services, alumni, and business development to ensure a seamless and supportive client experience. Her primary focus is fostering collaboration across care teams to strengthen engagement throughout each client’s treatment journey.
She prioritizes connection through thoughtful teamwork that brings together the strengths of each department, believing that unified care creates a more meaningful and impactful experience for clients and their families.
Her passion for recovery is deeply personal. She has maintained sobriety for over eight years through a 12-step program and also brings the perspective of a loved one who has supported family members through treatment. This lived experience shapes a compassionate, hands-on approach and a belief in walking alongside others with honesty and hope.
She began her career in the treatment field five years ago as an entry-level technician and has since gained experience in case management across multiple levels of care, multiple years in admissions, and client engagement. She is dedicated to helping clients and families feel supported, connected, and confident as they take steps toward lasting recovery.
