As the Nursing Coordinator and Trainer for Arrow Point at Infinite Recovery, Dani helps ensure that clients receive consistent, compassionate, and high-quality care throughout their treatment experience. She approaches her work with the belief that recovery is possible when people feel heard, respected, and supported by a team that truly cares.
What motivates Dani most is being able to walk alongside clients during some of their most challenging moments and help create an environment where hope and stability can grow. With a strong background in nursing and clinical operations, she values teamwork, clear communication, and continuous learning, and finds fulfillment in empowering others on their recovery journey through compassionate, clinically sound care.
