Chelsea Simon serves as Chief Operating Officer of Infinite Recovery, providing strategic and operational leadership across clinical, administrative, and growth initiatives. With more than 15 years of healthcare operations and executive experience, Chelsea brings a proven track record of building scalable systems, strengthening teams, and driving sustainable organizational performance.
Throughout her career, Chelsea has led multi-site healthcare organizations, overseeing complex clinical operations, admissions, staffing models, compliance, and revenue cycle functions. She has played a key role in expanding service lines, optimizing workflows, and supporting significant financial and operational growth while maintaining a strong focus on patient care and staff engagement.
At Infinite Recovery, Chelsea is dedicated to creating structure, accountability, and alignment across the organization to ensure high-quality, ethical, and patient-centered care. Her leadership approach emphasizes transparency, operational excellence, and empowering teams to deliver consistent, compassionate outcomes.
Outside of work, Chelsea and her husband enjoy spending time at the lake and proudly cheering on their daughter, Jade, as she competes in barrel racing.
