Alexis Royal, RN, BSN is the Clinical Outreach and Healthcare Education Manager at Infinite Recovery Behavioral Health. She works closely with hospital systems, healthcare providers, and mental health professionals to strengthen collaboration and expand access to mental health and addiction treatment.
With over a decade of experience in healthcare, including 10 years as a registered nurse specializing in psychiatric and addiction nursing, Alexis brings a strong medical foundation to her outreach and education work. She is passionate about helping individuals, families, and healthcare professionals better understand addiction and connect with meaningful resources.
Alexis is deeply inspired by her clients. Watching the work they put into their recovery and seeing them overcome challenges along the way reminds her that there is always hope. She believes that hope often begins when resources are shared—by educating hospital systems, provider groups, and individuals who are struggling that support exists, they matter, and they are not alone.
